HOW TO USE:
The Goodnotes file:
Import the file into Goodnotes. Open the file, and go to the three dots and click copy page. Then paste the page where you want it.

The png files:
Save the image you want to use somewhere you have access to them, such as iCloud or Dropbox, or save them directly to the photos on your iPad.
In Goodnotes, add a new page before the first page, and either choose from image or import based on where you saved your cover files.
